IECQ QC 080000: The IECQ QC 080000 Hazardous Substance Process Management (HSPM) system is based on the international quality management system ISO 9001. It covers the key requirements of the various environmental protection directives such as the Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS) and Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). |

ISO 19752: ISO 19752 is limited to evaluation of toner cartridge yield for toner containing cartridges (i.e. all-in-one toner cartridges and toner cartridges without a photoconductor) for monochrome electrophotographic printers. ISO 19752 can also be applied to the printer component of any multifunctional device that has a digital input-printing path (i.e. multi-function devices that contain printer components). |

ISO 19798: ISO 19798 defines a method for testing and calculation of average yield measured in the number of standard pages for a color toner cartridge and specific printer printing in a semi-continuous mode under a defined set of conditions. It uses the test page suite defined in ISO 24712. ISO 19798 can also be applied to the printer component of any multifunctional device that has a digital input-printing path (i.e. multi-function devices that contain printer components). |

STMC: STMC stands for the Standardized Test Methods Committee. This global committee formed to find and promote standardized test methods for the printer cartridge industry. The test methods are used to evaluate toner printer cartridge performance. Standardized test methods make it possible to evaluate a cartridge anywhere and come up with the same test results no matter who tests it. Standardized tests do not specify how a cartridge must perform; they only measure it. |

REACH: REACH is a regulation of the European Union, adopted to improve the protection of human health and the environment from the risks that can be posed by chemicals, while enhancing the competitiveness of the EU chemicals industry. It also promotes alternative methods for the hazard assessment of substances in order to reduce the number of tests on animals. |

RoHS: The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances (RoHS) in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (2011/65/EU) aims to prevent hazardous substances from entering the production process and thereby keep them out of the waste stream. |
